Thank you for helping with this order. I am a return customer that had a very poor first experience with the first order. After many exchanges, your company resolved the issue. I was not happy that I also had to pay another partial for the replacement order however I did so. The replacement parts were correct . I elected to try your company again for this recent order. This time the USPS messed up getting the samples to you. After an 8 month delay your company was able to duplicate these springs. From that point everything went well. thank you, Joe Peters
